Thank you for choosing Military MBA Consulting as your partner in the journey to an MBA!

Our goal is to provide you with coaching and advice as it relates to MBA applications for top programs. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that hiring Military MBA Consulting LLC to help you with your MBA applications is not a guarantee of your admittance to any program and no refunds will be provided.

Deadlines

Please note that while we will help with dates, timelines and planning, ultimately it is your responsibility to double check application requirements, deadlines and ensure you are submitting materials and recommendations on time.

Outside Advice

As part of this process, your trust in our partnership is critical. Resumes and essays are very personal documents and trying to synthesize too many opinions can make the process more complicated than it needs to be and potentially impact your results. As such, we request that you please limit outside assistance and advice. You have hired us to help guide and coach you based on our experience and track record helping military applicants earn spots at top programs each year. If you are getting different opinions from multiple sources it will be difficult to manage the best approach.  As such, it is imperative to use your consultant as your guide.  We actively encourage clients to reach out to the veterans clubs and current students prior to the start of the consulting process to learn more about individual programs and build networks. That said, we strongly discourage using current students at target programs for essay or resume reviews in conjunction with your work with your admissions consultant.

Client-Consultant Relationship

We employ a team-based approach and you will work with multiple team members throughout our process. Our consultants work very hard to accommodate your schedule and time zone differences and respond within a timely manner. You will have access to your consultant via phone, email and text but, out of respect for their schedules, we ask that you kindly schedule all phone meetings in advance. We make every effort to acknowledge emails and texts within 48 hours. We also may employ note-taking during video and phone calls to enhance our communication with you and more effectively manage tasks. By agreeing to these terms you give your permission to have our phone calls, zooms and video chats recorded. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside our internal team.

After purchase of a service we do not offer refunds. Military MBA Consulting LLC reserves the right to cancel this engagement at any time.
